NSRCEL, the startup incubator of IIM Bangalore, has appointed Rasika Prashant as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The appointment marks a new phase for the incubator as it strengthens its focus on supporting entrepreneurs and expanding India’s innovation ecosystem.
Rasika was the co-founder and former Chief Marketing Officer at Tata Soulfull. She brings extensive experience in entrepreneurship, brand building, and digital growth. In her new role, she will lead initiatives focused on incubation, mentorship, funding access, and strategic partnerships.

She succeeds Anand Sri Ganesh, under whose leadership NSRCEL significantly expanded its programmes and ecosystem reach. The appointment reflects NSRCEL’s commitment to building a stronger founder-centric innovation ecosystem in India.
