The admit card for JEE Main 2021 session 4 will be released today by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The admit card will be available on the official website-jeemain.nta.nic.in. Students can download the admit card from the website by entering their application numbers and date of birth.
JEE Main is conducted by NTA for admission to undergraduate engineering programmes. The exams are held in an online mode with multiple choice questions at designated examination centres. However, these exams are held four times a year in order to offer flexibility to students. The candidates clearing JEE will mainly take admissions to Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), and other Government Funded Technical Institutions (GFTIs).
Moreover, the exams were conducted in 13 languages (English, Hindi, Gujarati along with Assamese, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu).
The third session examination was conducted on July 20. The number of candidates registered for Session 3 was 7.09 lacs. However, the number of cities also has increased from 232 to 334 along with the number of examination centres in each shift increased from 660 to 828.
All Covid 19 protocols will be closely monitored and maintained such as facemasks will be provided to all students at the exam centre. All seats and computers will be sanitized. Common places, furniture and fixtures will also be sanitized before and after the JEE Main exams. The examination centre will also have open windows and fans for proper circulation. Proper social distancing norms will be maintained.
Students must take a print out of the admit card as instructed by NTA. The candidate needs to bring it during the exam and enter the registration number mentioned on it.
