Amid Coronavirus spread, the English and Foreign Language University has decided to conduct the EFLU end semester examinations online.
The examinations which were earlier scheduled to be conducted in May 2020 will be conducted online.
The university took the decision during the 12th academic Council Meeting conducted. A notification issues by the university, it has been stated that the council which consists of fourth members along with the vice-chancellor, felt that the sit-down mode of examinations must be dropped for the May 2020 end semester examinations.
The council has also approved continuing the online classes for the students until April 29, 2020, which is the last working day as prescribed in the Academic Calendar of the university.
The council had also approved conducting the Ph.D. viva-voce examinations online until further orders regarding the same are not received for the lifting the lockdown period.
The EFLU council has also approved conducting the comprehensive continuous assessment by all the members of the faculty for their respective courses online.
