NTA asks aspirants not to provide details over phone

In the wake of COVID-19 crisis, National Testing Agency (NTA) has released an important notice on fake calls, SMS, and emails circulated to NEET 2020 candidates. The fake calls are asking for application details along with personal information to the aspirants.

The official notice is available on nta.ac.in.

As per the notification, all candidates who are due to appear for NEET 2020 examination are hereby informed that NTA does not ask for any personal details or any other information through calls, SMS or emails. The NTA has asked students not to provide details to anyone.

The agency has warned to take strict actions against such elements who are seeking confidential information of aspirants. Moreover, NTA has urged all the students and parents to only rely on the official website of NTA for authentic information.

NEET 2020 examination will be conducted on July 26, 2020. HRD Minister has announced the exam date on the live webinar conducted on May 5. Earlier, the examination was scheduled to be conducted in June, which has been postponed due to extended lockdown.
