The teachers of both government and private schools in Karnataka will be vaccinated against Covid 19 virus on a priority basis, said the Karnataka Health Minister Dr K Sudhakar recently. “The corona vaccine will be given on a priority basis to teachers and non-teaching staff of all government, aided and unaided private schools in the state for the early re-opening of schools keeping the future of children in mind,” the minister said.

The minister wants to reopen schools soon and it is important that all teaching staff of the schools are properly vaccinated. The schools were shut down due to the Covid 19 pandemic. Online classes have been conducted to impart learning for the students.
