IIT Roorkee, in collaboration with TeamLease EdTech, has launched a six-month Executive Programme in AI for E-Commerce and Quick Commerce to help professionals build industry-relevant AI skills for the rapidly evolving digital commerce sector. The programme will be delivered through live online sessions and is designed for working professionals and aspiring learners.
The curriculum will cover AI foundations, machine learning, generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), customer segmentation, recommendation systems, demand forecasting, inventory planning, dynamic pricing, fraud detection, and customer analytics. Participants will also gain hands-on experience with tools such as Python, Power BI, Tableau, Elasticsearch, and open-source large language models (LLMs).

The programme includes real-world business use cases and a capstone project focused on solving practical challenges in pricing, forecasting, customer intelligence, and recommendation engines. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate from the Continuing Education Centre (CEC), IIT Roorkee.
The initiative aims to bridge the growing skills gap as AI increasingly transforms how e-commerce and quick-commerce companies operate, serve customers, and scale their businesses.
