EdTech major Eruditus plans to significantly expand its partnerships with foreign universities in India and expects the country to contribute more than 50% of its total revenue over the next five years, up from the current 25%. The company is leveraging India’s new regulations that allow foreign universities to establish campuses in the country.
Eruditus has already partnered with seven international universities, including the University of Bristol, University of Liverpool, UNSW Sydney, and Illinois Tech, acting as their market-entry partner in India through joint ventures. Under this model, universities will oversee academics, while Eruditus will manage operations, student experience, technology integration, and industry linkages.
