In its effort to reassert to its commitment to Jaipur and neighboring markets in Rajasthan, IBM has decided to continue to invest in bringing comprehensive set of solutions for customers. Further, it will be conducting training and certification programs for development of software skills among college students by setting up Centers of Excellence (CoEs) across the state of Rajasthan.
Last year three existing CoEs were launched in Jaipur. IBM has launched another four Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to teach students the open-standards skills they'll need to compete in the ever-changing technology workplace. The recent CoEs launched include – International School of Informatics and Management, Maharishi Arvind Institute of Science and Management, Swami Keshvanand Institute of Technologies and Banasthali Vidyapith. This year, IBM has certified 376 students and trained 1680 students on IBM software products skill sets (DB2, WebSphere, RAD, RSA and Tivoli) and on developing world-class solutions.
