BSE Odisha 10th Exam 2021

The 2021 BSE Odisha Matric exam for all 10th grade students will be conducted at their own schools instead of giving them different test centers. The decision to allow students to take the Odisha HSC 2021 exam at their respective schools was announced by the Council on Secondary Education Odisha. Although students can attend their own school for the next meeting, the board decided that the board’s exam proctors would come from different schools to ensure impartial oversight over the exam process.

The decision to allow students to take the 10th Odisha 2021 board exam was made by the board with the best interests of the students in mind. The decision ensures that tenth graders who are required to take the tenth grade exam will not have to travel long distances for upcoming exams, ensuring their safety against COVID-19 pandemics.

In announcing the decision, the Minister of Mass and School Education, Samir Ranjan Dash, said that the decision was to ensure the safety of students during the board examinations. He added that students from more than 8,000 high schools in their own schools will attend the tenth grade exams. It is often difficult for students to find rooms near the test center and to stay in groups, which can become a health risk given the current pandemic situation. With this in mind, the Odisha government decided to allow students to take the high school diploma exams in their own schools.
